thumpety thump

what's with the thumping in the background? there so much of it that it nearly makes the loop sound off key... we all have our highs and our lows, but this one didnt come out so great.

thanks for the review..? I don't notice any excessive thimping, it's probably your speakers/headphones you are using. I use decent quality headphones when i'm mixing so apologies to those who hear songs differently

just take the annoying toc toc sound out. it sounds really out of place with the low guitar that makes it sound like drum n' bass. replace it with some staccato string ensemble chords in a minor key, or something discreet, or take them out completely for a more subtle loop. nice start.

Thanx for the review, I really appreciate that you took the time to write me something about my song, thank you.

Umm...

The beat DOES have a kind of dreamy, aerial quality... I dunno what to call it, sorta like bittersweet symphony gets crunk or something. My comment: it sounds sweet, but without the 'ey, ey'. Take it out, I'd say anyways.

It's not really classical but...

What program do you do that with? I don't know what to make of it, but it's very intriguing. As a loop for a flash submission it sounds complete, but as a song in itself, it lacks one essential quality: a theme. Every song defines itself by it's melody, but so far, you've only got an accompaniment. I found it nice to listen to, but remember, as a rule in music, less is more. Better have 3 voices playing comprehensible parts than 50 all playing one note at a time. In a symphony, there are many instruments, but only a few voices at a time.
